Shipping & Returns

We ship UPS.  Single books may ship postal.  Because we cannot control the temperature and storage conditions of food products, we have a no-return policy.  However, if your product arrives damaged, we will replace it if you will let us know within 14 days of the shipment.  Most shipments will arrive in three weeks.  However, during high demand for dehydrated foods, it may take longer.  We will notify you of any delays.
